Embers Steakhouse is a romantic, private restaurant in the Marmot Lodge, not to be confused with the breakfast chain by the same name. Delicious entrees include tender and flavorful Alberta beef, western barbeque halibut, stuffed pork loin, lamb chops, or shrimp pad thai. An interesting part of the menu offers “heritage” food, which is prepared only with the techniques and ingredients available to the early pioneers of the region, for example prairie chicken stew, Alberta beef liver and bison ragout.
