Walter’s Dining Room in the Sawridge Hotel Jasper serves delicious Canadian fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chef changes the menu seasonally, keeping the dishes fresh. Past menu items have included pheasant pâté, escargot Florentine, Alberta beef, BC salmon, lamb and chicken. The dining room is elegant, with white tablecloths and a central conical fireplace. Head to the adjacent lounge for a before or after dinner cocktail.
